10-Week Fundamental Mindfulness Program for School Teachers

JabuMind’s 10-Week Mindfulness Program for K-12 School Teachers can be incorporated into every part of an individual’s daily life to foster health and wellness. The program provides teachers with the opportunity to learn tools that will enhance their ability to show up as their best selves in the classroom and beyond. JabuMind’s mindfulness tools can be drawn upon at any time and are not dependent upon a location or circumstance.

The JabuMind program is based on the evidence-based Integrative Restoration, iRest® method. The fundamental program introduces mindfulness tools, along with the opportunity to develop a daily mindfulness practice, which has been proven to enhance resiliency, improve health, healing, well-being and awakening at all levels of the body, mind, and spirit.
